ขอบคุณที่อุดหนุนสินค้าจาก Biggieboy เรามุ่งมั่นที่จะคัดสรรสินค้าวินเทจคุณภาพดีที่สุดเพื่อคุณ อย่างไรก็ตาม เพื่อความเข้าใจที่ตรงกัน โปรดอ่านนโยบายการคืนสินค้าของเราด้านล่างนี้

1. การซื้อขายถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด (All Sales Final)
เนื่องจากสินค้าของเราเป็นสินค้าวินเทจและสินค้ามือสองที่มีเพียงชิ้นเดียว ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าในทุกกรณี (เช่น ใส่ไม่ได้, ไม่ชอบสี, หรือเปลี่ยนใจ)

     ➨ กรุณาตรวจสอบรายละเอียดสินค้า รูปภาพ และขนาด (Size) อย่างละเอียดก่อนทำการสั่งซื้อ
     ➨ สินค้าวินเทจอาจมีร่องรอยการใช้งาน สีเฟด หรือตำหนิเล็กน้อยตามกาลเวลา ซึ่งเราพยายามถ่ายภาพและระบุรายละเอียดให้ชัดเจนที่สุดเท่าที่จะทำได้

2. ข้อยกเว้นในการรับคืน (กรณีสินค้ามีปัญหา) เรายินดีรับผิดชอบและคืนเงินให้เต็มจำนวน เฉพาะในกรณีดังต่อไปนี้

     ➨ ได้รับสินค้าผิด : ทางร้านจัดส่งสินค้าที่ไม่ตรงกับคำสั่งซื้อไปให้
     ➨ สินค้าปลอม : เรารับประกันว่าสินค้าทุกชิ้นเป็นของแท้ หากท่านตรวจสอบและพิสูจน์ได้ว่าเป็น "ของปลอม" เรายินดีคืนเงินให้ทันที
     ➨ ตำหนิรุนแรงที่ไม่ได้แจ้งไว้: หากสินค้ามีความเสียหายหนักที่ไม่ได้ระบุในรายละเอียดสินค้าหรือรูปภาพ

3. ขั้นตอนการแจ้งปัญหา
หากสินค้าของท่านเข้าข่ายในข้อ 2 กรุณาติดต่อเราภายใน 3 วัน หลังจากได้รับสินค้า

4. สภาพสินค้าที่ส่งคืน
สินค้าที่จะส่งคืน (ตามเงื่อนไขข้อยกเว้น) จะต้องอยู่ในสภาพเดิมเหมือนตอนที่ได้รับ ไม่ผ่านการซัก ไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน และต้องมีหลักฐานการสั่งซื้อ

5. การคืนเงิน (Refunds)
เมื่อเราได้รับและตรวจสอบสินค้าที่ส่งคืนแล้ว เราจะแจ้งให้ท่านทราบผลการอนุมัติ หากได้รับการอนุมัติ เงินจะถูกโอนคืนไปยังช่องทางชำระเงินเดิมของท่านภายใน [5-10] วันทำการ (ระยะเวลาขึ้นอยู่กับธนาคารเจ้าของบัตร)

6. การเปลี่ยนสินค้า (Exchanges)
เนื่องจากสินค้าวินเทจมีเพียงชิ้นเดียว เราจึงไม่สามารถให้บริการเปลี่ยนสินค้า (Exchange) เป็นไซส์อื่นหรือสีอื่นได้

Thank you for shopping at Biggieboy. We are dedicated to curating the best quality vintage items for you. However, to ensure mutual understanding, please read our return policy below.

1. All Sales Are Final Due to our products being vintage and second-hand items where only one of each exists, we reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges in all cases (e.g., wrong size, don't like the color, or change of mind).

     ➨ Please carefully check product details, photos, and measurements (Size) before placing an order.
     ➨ Vintage items may show signs of wear, fading, or minor defects over time. We strive to photograph and describe these details as clearly as possible.

2. Exceptions for Returns (Defective/Incorrect Items)
We are happy to take responsibility and issue a full refund only in the following specific cases

     ➨ Wrong Item Received : We shipped an item that does not match your order.
     ➨ Counterfeit Goods : We guarantee that every item is authentic. If you can verify and prove that an item is "fake," we will issue a refund immediately.
     ➨ Major Undisclosed Damage: If the item arrives with significant damage not mentioned in the product description or photos.

3. How to Report an Issue
If your item falls under the exceptions in Section 2, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.

  • Required Attachments: Photos of the problematic item and a description of the issue.

4. Return Condition
Items to be returned (under the exception conditions) must be in the same condition as received, unwashed, unworn, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within [5-10] business days (processing time depends on your card issuer/bank).

6. Exchanges
Since vintage items are one-of-a-kind, we are unable to offer exchanges for a different size or color.
